Leavenworth has been our destination getaway for over 30 years and was the first place my husband brought me when we met. After years of fun getaways, we decided we had to have a place here of our own. We bought our property on the Wenatchee River in 2000 and eventually couldn't stand to leave! So, we have called this our full time home since 2007.
I have lived in the Pacific Northwest my whole life and have raised 4 awesome children, 3 boys and 1 girl, and now that we live on the sunny side of the mountains, we can enjoy even more outside activities with our friends and family than ever before. Some of my life experiences have been 10 years of banking, and we had a Building construction company in the North Seattle area where we remodeled and built many homes. My banking and construction experience, and the development of raw land has been invaluable in my Real Estate career. I also have a certificate for "Staging" homes which has been a great value to my clients in selling their properties.
I have been in Real Estate since 1991 and have been fortunate to have years of referrals of friends and family so that I have remained very busy working for folks in buying or selling their homes or land. My experience has taught me that when people find out they can trust and have confidence in their agent, it guides them towards a successful purchase or sale of their property.
I enjoy working with my husband, Ted, on our B & B here in Leavenworth called Haus Hanika, hiking, fishing, travel and boating. I look forward to helping you find your perfect spot for either living full time or having your own perfect getaway!
