From Icicle Canyon, Tumwater Canyon and east to the Peshastin Pinnacles State Park, rock climbers have long known of the vast opportunities for both beginning and advanced climbers.
Further east along the Columbia River Gorge, near the Gorge Amphitheater, local climbers also frequent impressive basalt columns. The Leavenworth Ranger Station has maps for several climbs in the Leavenworth area. |
